Description: Gotu Kola is a small, creeping perennial herb native to wetlands and moist areas of Asia, growing close to the ground with slender stems and rounded, fan-shaped green leaves. It produces small, inconspicuous greenish-white or pinkish flowers during the warmer months. The plant thrives in moist, fertile soils and spreads rapidly, forming dense mats of leafy growth. The leaves are harvested at full maturity to preserve their characteristic shape, colour, and natural texture.

The harvested leaves are carefully cleaned to remove soil, stems, and debris, then dried under controlled low-temperature conditions. Once dried, the leaves are cut and sifted into uniform pieces, retaining their rounded, slightly scalloped shape and vibrant green to olive tone. The cut and sifted form ensures even size and consistent quality, while preserving the delicate texture and appearance of the leaves.

After processing, the leaves are sorted to remove any dust or broken fragments, resulting in a clean, free-flowing botanical ingredient. This uniform product is convenient for blending, storage, and preparation in various applications where visually recognizable leaves are preferred.

Uses: Gotu Kola Leaves C/S are used in tea-style infusions, herbal blends, culinary mixes, dried herb formulations, decorative displays, craft projects, and educational herb collections. The cut and sifted leaves provide visual appeal, texture, and natural aroma, making them ideal for infusions, mixed herbal preparations, and applications where consistent leaf size and quality are important.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
