Description: Wheatgrass C/S is prepared from the young, tender shoots of Agropyron elongatum, a fast-growing perennial grass native to temperate regions and widely cultivated for its dense, green foliage. The plant typically grows 30–50 centimetres tall, producing bright green, narrow leaves in tightly clustered shoots. Harvesting is carried out when the leaves reach optimal height and freshness, ensuring uniform colour, texture, and botanical quality for processing.

After harvesting, the shoots are thoroughly cleaned to remove soil, dust, and other debris. Drying is performed using controlled air or low-temperature methods to preserve the vivid green colour and natural leaf structure.
