Description: Spearmint Leaves C/S are produced from the mature leaves of Mentha spicata, a perennial aromatic herb native to Europe and Western Asia and now widely cultivated across temperate regions worldwide. The plant typically grows 30–90 centimetres tall, forming upright square stems with bright green, lance-shaped leaves that feature gently serrated edges and a soft, slightly textured surface. During late spring through summer, slender spikes of small pale pink to lilac flowers appear at the tips of the stems. Leaves are harvested at peak maturity when colour, size, and aromatic quality are fully developed.

After harvesting, the leaves are carefully separated from stems and thoroughly gently to remove dust and natural debris. Drying is performed using controlled air or low-temperature methods to preserve the leaves’ vibrant green colour and delicate structure.
