Description: Lavender is a perennial shrub native to the Mediterranean region, growing 30–60 cm tall with woody stems and narrow, grey-green leaves. The plant produces dense spikes of fragrant purple flowers during summer, which are harvested when fully mature to preserve natural colour, structure, and floral character. Grade 3 whole flowers include intact blooms with minimal broken petals, maintaining identifiable botanical form.

The whole flowers are cylindrical to slightly conical, with soft petals that retain their violet-purple colour when dried. The blooms keep their natural shape and surface texture, making them suitable for decorative, culinary, and botanical uses where whole flowers are preferred. Their intact form allows for blending, infusion, or creative applications while maintaining visual appeal.

After harvesting, the flowers are cleaned to remove stems, dust, and debris, then dried using controlled low-temperature methods to preserve colour, texture, and floral integrity. Once fully dried, the flowers are sorted to remove damaged or broken pieces, resulting in a clean, free-flowing botanical ingredient suitable for storage, blending, and multiple applications.

Uses: Lavender Flower Whole (Grade 3) is used in tea-style infusions, herbal and botanical blends, craft projects, cosmetic formulations, decorative displays, culinary applications, and educational herb collections. Its intact form and vibrant colour make it ideal for floral arrangements, infusions, potpourri-style products, and creative applications where the natural appearance and botanical authenticity of lavender flowers are desired.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
