Description: Fo-Ti Root, also known as He Shou Wu, is a perennial vine with heart-shaped leaves and small white or pink flowers. The root is the part used for medicinal purposes and is typically harvested after the plant has reached at least four years of age. Fo-Ti root is dark brown or black in color and has a sweet, slightly bitter taste.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
