Description: Epazote Herb Powder is produced from the dried leaves and young stems of Dysphania ambrosioides, an aromatic annual plant native to Central America and cultivated in warm regions worldwide. The plant develops elongated, serrated green leaves that are harvested during the growing season when foliage is fully formed.
After collection, the plant material is thoroughly cleaned to remove field debris and coarse stem sections. It is then dried using controlled low-temperature air-drying methods to reduce moisture while preserving the natural green colour and structural integrity of the herb.
