Description: Lion’s Mane is a large, perennial fungus native to North America, Europe, and Asia. It grows on hardwood trees in dense, cascading clusters with long, shaggy, tooth-like spines instead of conventional caps. The mature fruit bodies are harvested when fully developed to preserve their natural shape, colour, and texture.
The harvested mushrooms have a firm yet delicate structure, and once dried, they retain their white to off-white colour and characteristic spiny surface.
