Description: Broccoli Powder is produced from the dried florets and upper stems of Brassica oleracea, a cruciferous vegetable native to the Mediterranean region and now widely cultivated in temperate climates. The vegetable is harvested when the florets are fully developed but still tender. The harvested material is carefully cleaned to remove soil and debris and then dried using controlled methods to preserve its natural green colour and characteristic texture. Once dried, the broccoli is finely milled into a uniform powder, retaining the visual and structural qualities of the fresh plant.
