The blend brings together orchard fruits, berry-like rosehips, flowering plants, and maple sap, all sourced from plants grown in temperate regions where seasonal development supports full flavour and visual maturity.
Apple pieces are prepared from ripe fruits collected during the autumn season, providing pale cream interiors with naturally curved edges. Rosehips are selected once fully matured, presenting firm, rounded pieces with warm orange-red tones and a slightly textured surface. Hibiscus calyces are gathered during peak flowering and contribute large, flared segments with a deep crimson colour and gently crinkled appearance that adds visual contrast throughout the blend.
