Description: Nettle is a perennial herb native to Europe, Asia, northern Africa, and North America, commonly found in temperate regions. The plant typically grows 0.5–1.5 metres tall with erect, branching stems covered in fine hairs. Its leaves are ovate to lance-shaped, serrated along the edges, and medium to dark green.
