Description: Caraway Seed Whole consists of the dried seeds of Carum carvi, a biennial herb native to Europe and Western Asia and widely cultivated in temperate regions. The plant grows 30–80 cm tall, producing finely divided leaves and umbrella-shaped flower clusters that develop into small, curved seeds. The whole seeds are narrow, slightly crescent-shaped, and ridged, with a natural brown colour and a distinctive aromatic character.
The seeds develop as the plant reaches full maturity and are known for their firm texture and concentrated aroma.
