Production: In India, it is produced to a small extent in Arunachal Pradesh.
Description: Aniseed is an annual plant with an average height of 30 to 50 cm. The plant is completely covered with fine hairs.
Uses: Anise is used widely as a flavoring in all food categories including alcohols, liqueurs, dairy products, gelatins, puddings, meats, and candies
Storage: should be cool, dry and, most particularly easy to ventilate.
