Description: Agrimony Herb C/S is prepared from the aerial parts of Agrimonia eupatoria, a perennial plant found across Europe, parts of Asia, and temperate regions of North America. The plant grows upright with slender stems, small serrated leaves, and characteristic yellow flower spikes that appear during the warmer months. When dried and cut, the herb takes on a muted green to brown colour with a light, naturally earthy aroma.
Production begins with the harvesting of mature above-ground plant material during its leafy and flowering stage. Once gathered, the herb is carefully cleaned to remove dust and field residue. It is then dried under controlled airflow to maintain its natural structure and plant colour. After drying, the leaves and stems are cut into small pieces using mechanical cutting equipment, resulting in a coarse, uniform botanical material often referred to as “cut and sifted.”
Agrimony Herb C/S is used primarily in crafting and cosmetic formulation where dried botanicals are desired for their plant-based appearance and texture.
